We were happy to welcome Halifax Mayor Andy Fillmore, Councillors Janet Steele and Patty Cuttell, and municipal staff to the RBC Centre in Dartmouth to celebrate the renovations in Rink D that have made the venue more accessible for para hockey and other para ice sports.
